The many talents of a body lotion.
Every Dr. Hauschka body lotion helps preserve the skin’s natural balance. It absorbs quickly, allowing you to get dressed immediately after application – which is why a body lotion is ideal as your daily basic skin care. Depending on the lotion you choose, it can provide relaxation or refreshment, or soothe your skin, and maintain its moisture or preserve a tan.
It's all in the name.
Here at Dr. Hauschka, we give our body lotions the name “body milk” or “body cream”. Our body milks are slightly lighter and have a more fluid texture – which is why they come in a glass bottle. Our body creams provide richer care and, with their creamier consistency, are perfectly packaged in a tube. Also discover our body lotions.
The only two products that we refer to as “lotions” are the Ice Plant Body Care Lotion from our systematic skin care range and our After Sun – both of which have a very special purpose.
Each body lotion has its own unique scent.
Apply the mood you’re in today: you have the choice between more floral, fresh or warm notes. The scent of your body lotion is part of its overall composition and gives you an indication of the natural ingredients chosen for the formulation. Lavender, for example, contributes to the feeling of relaxation, while rose harmonises and lemongrass and bergamot leave you wonderfully refreshed. We obtain the plant extracts for your body lotions in special rhythmic processes that we developed ourselves.
