As part of the community, you collect points with every purchase you make in our online shop and enjoy many rewards and benefits reserved exclusively for Dr. Hauschka Friends. Because ours is a special kind of loyalty program.

How our loyalty program works.
1. Sign in.
The first step is to sign up. We will then send you an email with a confirmation link – this ensures the security of your data.
2. Collect points.
Every time you buy something from our online shop, you will gain one point per dollar of the value of the purchased item(s). We give you 50 points as a welcome bonus, which you can redeem straight away.

True friendship grows and blossoms over time. It is like a garden planted and tended to by many people, all marvelling at the first signs of green and enjoying the first fruits. That is why we decided to name the levels of our loyalty program “plant”, “grow” and “bloom”. The rewards, benefits and surprises increase from level to level. So with your first few points, you are already sowing the seeds for a rich harvest. Your status is determined by the number of points in your account.

Good to know
As soon as you reach the minimum number of points required for the next level, your status will automatically change. See what your new status brings by scrolling up.
You will be credited 1 point for every dollar spent in our online shop. Please note that you will not receive any points for returns, shipping costs or redeemed vouchers.
Every time you reach a new level, your status is secured for 18 months. The points you collect also remain valid for 18 months. If you do not have enough points to maintain your status, it will be downgraded once for one year.
